5 stars for extra effort!

My experience didn’t start well with delivery instructions going awry and the fear the present I’d ordered I’d ordered not arriving on time. But it transpired that was an Ebay problem - and Chartwell’s rescued the day by forwarding it on to my next destination so it was awaiting my arrival.The glass frame is beautiful and was very well packaged to ensure safe delivery. Thank you Chartwells!
