Quick Update from Charterwells

It's been a busy month, so here’s a brief rundown of what we've been working on:

• Our website has moved!

  We have moved the host of our website to a company that can provide more options & features. We are still learning of exactly what we can now do ... so whilst you may see some changes, there are probably more on their way!

• Crown Derby Price Updates

  With the price review effective from March 1st, we have updated prices and revised our product sets, adding new ones and removing others.

• Ex-Display Section Changes

  We’ve removed the separate Ex-Display section and integrated these products with our main listings. This makes it easier to view all available options and compare prices. To browse only ex-display items, use the filter and select "Ex-Display."

• New Multi-Purchase Discounts

  We’re introducing bulk-buy savings. For example, the Imari Butterfly is now £250 each, but when purchasing two or more, you’ll receive 10% off, bringing the price to £410 for two.

• Improved Shipping to Ireland

  Orders over 2kg are now shipped via UPS for faster delivery.

• Website Category Enhancements

  We've reorganized our shop categories, adding new ones and removing outdated sections to help you find items more easily.
