Sales Team – Katie & Alicia
Katie and Alicia lead our sales operations with energy and enthusiasm. They process orders and respond to customer enquiries across multiple platforms, including Facebook, WhatsApp, text, Instagram, and TikTok. Their role ensures clear communication and continuity throughout your experience with us.

Digital Content – Gabriel
Gabriel manages our digital presence, overseeing content on our website, Facebook, and eBay. He is responsible for maintaining accuracy and functionality across our online platforms. If you encounter issues with content or the ordering process, Gabriel is the person working behind the scenes to resolve them.

Stock Management – Jane, Tiffany, Wayne, Kelly & Tom
This team of five manages the movement of stock from suppliers to our shelves and ultimately to your door. Their efficiency ensures orders are packed and dispatched promptly, with up to 100 parcels leaving our premises on a typical working day. Customer communication is handled by the sales team to ensure a consistent point of contact.

Business Operations – Ben
Ben oversees the wider business and manages the processes that support the entire team. His leadership ensures that operations run effectively and continue to grow.
