We send many parcels every day to customers all around the world, and while we are delighted to offer FREE shipping, this does not mean that every cost associated with importing your order is free.
For orders delivered outside the UK, your country may apply customs charges, import duties or local taxes. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs charges are requested, it is important that they are paid promptly. If they remain unpaid, the parcel may be returned to us. In some circumstances, customs authorities or the courier may treat an unpaid or unclaimed parcel as abandoned, which can result in it being disposed of or destroyed.
Where duties or taxes have not been paid, we cannot accept liability if the parcel is subsequently lost, abandoned or destroyed while being held or returned.
If a parcel is successfully returned to us, we are happy to resend it to a UK address FREE of charge. if we are to resend overseas a repacking and shipping charge will apply.
We therefore kindly ask all international customers to check the potential import charges in their country before ordering and to respond promptly to any customs or courier requests.
