The Charterwells Packing Process

🎁 For Boxed Items: Items begin in their manufacturer’s gift box, surrounded by recycled tissue paper to limit movement. This is placed inside a robust double-wall shipping box, with surface-volume air pockets that absorb shocks far better than typical void-fill materials. Finally, the parcel is sealed using recycled, high-strength fragile tape with a 25kg breaking strain.

For Unboxed Items

🧼 Unboxed items are wrapped in recycled bubble wrap, with corrugated cardboard layers inserted between wraps. This method provides superior moisture protection and vibration resistance. Once wrapped, items are packed in double-wall boxes and sealed following the same eco-secure procedure used for boxed products.
